I am what you would call a Realtor for life. This is my Profession, hobby and avocation.
Licensed for 27 years, many of those years were as a Real Estate Representative for Union Oil working with Commercial Properties here on the California Coast. However a larger portion of my career is within the Residential Market also here on the Central Coast.
Residential and vacant land opportunities are my passion, I have designed and built several custom homes here on the central coast, not for spec but for my Home. Again I love Real Estate.
Real Estate Investing is also a part of my life's experience with properties in California, Colorado and Florida. Some people have said, "Henry get a life", well if you are happy and every day you get up and you are doing what you love, I say, There is Nothing Better.
