I have the good fortune and benefit of a partnership with my father Gary Crabtree. He has been a Real Estate broker actively involved in all aspects of residential, income and commercial properties on the Central Coast for over 30 years. We work at CornerStone Real Estate with some of the finest individuals in the business.
As many of you know, I grew up in Orcutt and played baseball locally from tee ball through college. I attended the University of Stanislaus after graduating from Alan Hancock College. I received my California state license and began work in 2006.
I feel our partnership enhances our services, as we are able to offer our clients the enthusiasm and energy of the youth, the knowledge and wisdom of experience. As a team we offer a broad and complete level of service. Many of my friends and teammates are now ready for their first home. It is personally exciting to me, to help them take advantage of the current market trends and loan benefits now offered to the first time buyers.
