I have been in the Real Estate industry for 12 years in the Bay Area and on the Central Coast. I have achieved membership in the Multi-Million Dollar Club and received recognition as Top Lister and Top Seller. I specialize in assisting seniors through the buying and selling process as well as the investor community throughout San Luis Obispo County.

Prior to becoming a Broker, I was a Licensed Residential Real Estate Appraiser. My prior work experience includes contract negotiations, quality assurance and office automation consulting for a large corporation. I received a Bachelor's Degree from UCLA and Continuing Education Certificates in Purchasing and Quality Assurance from UC Berkeley.

I am recently married to a local developer, Fred Cheda, whose family has been in this county since the mid-1800's as dairy farmers and ranchers! I'm the proud mother of a 22-year-old son, RJ.

I enjoy contributing to the community by donating to local food banks and the Morro Coast Audubon Society and participating in our Pismo Coast Association's Charitable Foundation. But my primary focus has always been in support of children and the public schools - including many years serving on PTA boards, acting as legislative representative to the school board, setting up and running an elementary school's computer lab and a parent patrol program at the high school level.
