CornerStone Property Management offers the following services for those wishing to outsource the management of their property.  We can manage your entire property and the rental process from start to finish.

  • Rental inspection for safety and repairs.
  • Search and interview of potential tenants, reference checks/credit reports.
  • Monthly bill collection/utilities etc.
  • Coordinate repairs,maintenance, tenant troubleshooting.
  • Cleaning/Repairs at 10% over cost, or use your own.
  • It is our goal to match tenant to property and ensure an efficient rental process.
  • Our fees are 8-10% of monthly rent receipts or....
  • We have a ONE TIME tenant find fee.  We perform all placement services to find the perfect tenant,  then turn over to the owner.  Charge is half of first month's rent plus any advertising costs incurred with our discounted rates.
